Features of HDPE/LDPE Film Blowing Machine:
1. The screw and cylinder are made of 38CRMOAL alloy steel. With a combination of fine finishing and nitrogen treatment, they deliver high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, long using time.
2. The die head is plated with hard chrome and of screw mandrel type structure. The discharging is even. The blown plastic film has superior smooth finish. The blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.
3. The coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, which is driven by torque motor, with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.

Application of HDPE/LDPE Film Blowing Machine:
This plastic machine has been widely used in the market, as the preferred machine for film-blowing factories. It is ideally suited for blowing such plastic films as high density Polyethylene (HDPE), low density Polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density Polyethylene (LLDPE), which are widely used for packing foodstuff, garment, textile, daily-use articles and industrial products etc. In addition, the raw material can be used to produce pearl film and degradation film by filling a prescription.
